At Crystal Healing Yoga, we teach Hatha Yoga, the root yoga as set out by the Father of Yoga- Patanjali. Our teaching incorporates aspects of Iyengar Yoga, where props are used to enhance the benefits proper alignment for postures as per individual client's body needs.
